Welcome to our cozy and spacious two-bedroom, one-bath guest suite with a private entrance! As you step inside, you'll find a comfortable living area where you can unwind and relax. The suite is tastefully furnished, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The kitchen provides the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. THE PROPERTY: Our home is 20 miles outside of downtown Atlanta and is situated in a cul-de-sac in the Castle Downs neighborhood. It is also only 7 miles from Stone Mountain. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety. There is also central heat and air as well as a 2nd window AC unit in the master bedroom.
BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a closet and a sitting area with couch and chair. The 2nd bedroom has an armoire and free-standing clothes rack.
ENTERTAINMENT: Stay connected on all your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. Also, we have four Smart TV’s for your entertainment: one in each bedroom, one in the living room and one in the exercise room.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious with a large sectional sofa, rocking recliner that massages and counter height table and stools.
DINING ROOM: The dining area includes a long table with six dining chairs, large enough for your whole family to enjoy a meal together.
EXERCISE ROOM: The exercise room has a treadmill, exercise bike, weights and yoga mat.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven with dual hot plates, a full size refrigerator, microwave, k-pod coffee maker and many of the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals.
WORKSTATION: If you need to get some work done during your stay, there is a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk, ergonomic chair, USB keyboard and mouse.
BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with towels and a few complimentary toiletries.
