Negative: The name on the front of the building was different than in the description and photos. It was extremely confusing and we drove around a bit because we thought we were in the wrong place. That needs updating please

Positive: Location was great - close to shops, restaurants and parks. The apartment was spacey enough. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms were a good size. Living area was adequate for 3 people.

Negative: Room was not ready for our check in time. Had to wait another 25 minutes. The balcony sits over a bus stop where buses constantly were parked with their motors running. We had an issue with another car parked in our carpark spot, and the only alternate suggested was for us to park on the street, which we said we did not want to do with a rental and coming home late at night with children, and although we were offered another temporary park, this park then became taken and no further alternate solution was offered. We ended up parking in a third carpark spot (as there were a few we could see not being used). Spent a lot of our time emailing the host about this problem and disappointed with being told to park on the street. Though this was an unforeseen problem, there should be back up plans in place. We chose to stay at this place because we had a secure carpark.

Summary: Great location and adequate, spacious apartment but issues with parking and check in clouded stay.

Positive: Across the road from large shopping centre that had everything you could need. Unit temperature very comfortable, didn’t need to use air con at all during stay.

Negative: Unit not without its problems. Microwave didn’t work. No instructions on coffee pod machine. Once you understood keys instructions it made sense. We were told our parking spot was 104 although we were staying in 109. The was a car in 104 the whole time we were there so we simply parked in 109.

Summary: One of best places we have ever stayed.

Positive: Good location across the road from a shopping centre. Apartment was large, modern, clean and had everything we needed. Good bathrooms. Excellent storage for food and clothing. Spacious bedrooms.

Negative: Picking up the key was difficult. We thought once we had paid and received confirmation of our booking that would be it. Didn't realise you can't pick up the keys at the reception desk. We had an email asking for photo ID but thought this was a scam, as we had already paid and received confirmation of the booking. You have to email your profile to another company with a photo of your driver's licence. You are then forwarded the number of the security box on the wall outside the building with a code to get the keys out. This was difficult when we arrived at 6pm in the dark with no computer and only our phones which were on very low charge.

Summary: Excellent apartment only drama was getting the key.
