Summary: The house was fine, dated with age, but fine. The outlet in the living room didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work the best, we had to rewash several dishes before using them. The listing showed a pool table in the basement, that didn't exist. Which was very disappointing, since that was the main reason we chose the house. We hoped it would give our teenage kid something to do for entertainment, but instead they simply watched tv. All in all it wasn't a bad house, great location, but probably a little over-priced for what it is.

Summary: House had very steep stairs to the main living areas (kitchen, LR, Bdrms, Baths) and were quite difficult to manipulate, especially for older adults, and carrying items up to living area. Stairs also had one board that had a large split all the way across.

Summary: We were in town to watch a pickleball tournament and this property is convenient to so many restaurants, close to the venue and shopping. The house is basically upstairs with a pool table and utility room downstairs. The property was clean, linens were clean, fridge and freezer were clean, towels were plentiful and clean. It isn’t a new house, so it does have some signs of aging but it was wonderful for our needs and I would stay here again. The property manager was communicative and helpful. It is located on an intersection but it is a quiet street and the traffic wasn’t an issue.

Summary: The location was great but the other review in July 2023 was very accurate about the cleanliness. It smelled really weird and we think it could be due to the water damage in the ceilings. It also had animal hair on the floors and just felt like they only cleaned the sheets and toilets. It could be a really great house if the owners did a little work and better job at cleaning. The kitchen utensils and knives were pretty terrible too. Lots of plates though. Overall it worked for what we needed but we were disappointed in the cleanliness.

Summary: We stayed for a conference at the Overland Park Conference Center. We walked a couple times ( about 12 minuets) and also used uber. Super easy. The beds were very comfy And loved the original wood floors. We really enjoyed the walkable neighborhood with a river trail near by. Sherri was very quick to respond with any questions ( which is very important to anyone visiting a new city). We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The house served our family needs very well. Nice neighborhood location. The large screen TV was nice. A possible down side was that the bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms were upstairs.
