Negative: The property is in poor state of repair, the pictures are definitely not representative of the actual state and size of the property. I have a number of photo's that I would like to share with you with regards to the state of the place. There is dried blood staining one wall, the main door is not appropriate for security and then once you enter the property the first door you see is in poor state of repair, the accommodation is for up to 10 people however the "dining table and chairs" are only enough for 4 and in poor state of repair. There isn't adequate seating for 10 people. The booking pictures give the appearance of a spacious area however this is not the case. Straight outside the front door there is a resident homeless person sat all day smoking and begging for money. We also had some random guy walk into the flat at 08:00 on the Monday as we were preparing to leave. I have delayed my review as I wanted the deposit released prior to this, to avoid more issues.

Summary: The £500 deposit that I paid would be enough to completely replace everything in the accommodation!!

Positive: Bedrooms was good and comfy beds. Walking distance to town.

Negative: Could do with a spruce up for a holiday let. A good clean in the bathroom and windows. Flooring a bit noisy got Woken up if someone was walking about. A hole in the ceiling and chipped paint on the doors.
