Positive: Rapid river in the waterpark, saunas were great, slides and pools also nice. Big room, big balcony

Negative: Need more/bigger towels in the bathroom, door didn’t close in shower so the water was everywhere, no labels for any foods in breakfast, so you had to guess what the food is. If you have allergies, it’s a pain in the ass. Beds weren’t really that big Or comfortable

Positive: The view to the sea from the room was gorgeous!

Negative: Breakfast was average. Considering the high quality of everything else, I was expecting very good.

Positive: The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. The breakfast was rich, varied and truly delicious — a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay

Negative: The only disappointment was that the restaurant refused to serve us even though there was still about an hour and a half until closing and there weren’t many guests. A small thing, but it did spoil the mood.

Negative: I really did not like the fact that pool is open from 11AM and the checkout is at 12AM, thats a shame! Kids were so dissapointed about it. :-(

Summary: Good, but pool open from 11AM, it could be open at 9AM at least!
