Positive: Very great hosts! Very responsive and accommodating. Location was good if you’re going to BMO Field or Exhibition Place. Beautiful interior and parking included!

Negative: Upstairs unit made a good deal of noise later into the night. The bathtub takes a long time to fill up (only got it about halfway).

Summary: Amazing hosts, great location, wonderfully decordated.

Positive: Fantastic location in a quiet avenue. Near to shops and public transport. Easy to walk across the road to the lake. Comfortable spacious bed. Quirky decor, which we loved. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom and shower. Great shower curtain! The owners have really gone the extra mile to make a beautiful holiday home in the basement. Great communication as well to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Negative: The noise from the apartment above was quite loud at times. We could hear the taps running, toilets being flushed and walking around. So much so that sometimes it felt like it was coming from our apartment. It was great having free parking, but you do need to be a confident driver to negotiate the very narrow driveway. And to carry out multiple manoeuvres to park in the tight spaces.

Positive: EVERYTHING! When I was searching for the place to stay this property caught my eye but I was surprised seeing negative reviews. Someone said it wasn’t clean. THATS NOT TRUE ! Place was absolutely clean , everything was freshly cleaned up. I’m very picky person and what I saw on the pictures absolutely matched my expectations. Very cozy , modern style place , kitchen with everything you need. I felt like home from the moment I opened the door. Bed is very comfortable, fresh clean bedding and towels . Someone also was upset about basement and complained it’s not mentioned in the add .. well you need to be completely blind not to see that’s it’s a basement and if you looking for something else but you didn’t paid attention that’s absolutely no reason to leave a negative review. I’m traveling a lot and absolutely tired from noisy hotels with their locations where you can hear traffic outside and people walking&talking in the hall at night , I was looking for something like this place where you can be close to downtown but not surrounded with traffic and people around. I was also confused from other reviews about parking but it was right there behind the building. Very simple instructions. Very easy to find and no need to hustle around for anything. THIS PLACE IS A JAM!!! 10/10 from me! If you looking for place where you can relax and stay away from crowded areas this is your place!

Positive: It is with mixed feelings that I will describe my experience in this accommodation. Let’s start with the positive things: this accommodation is very spacious, furnished and tastefully decorated with the obvious desire to comfortably welcome guests. Nothing is missing, the bedding is very comfortable. Parking is a significant advantage, although the driveway to access it is very narrow.

Negative: However, the description on the website Booking.com through which we booked is inaccurate and lacks transparency: here is this description:“Enjoy air-conditioned accommodation with terrace, the Oasis Spa in the Heart + Parking of Toronto! is in Toronto... “. In fact, no terrace and for good reason it is a half-basement: this fact is never mentioned, and the photos give a false impression: there are indeed windows in the accommodation as indicated in the photos, but it is necessary to zoom on the images to see that they actually give on the 3 steps of staircase that must be descended to reach the entrance or on the walls of the aisle. This could make you hesitate to choose this accommodation. That would have been my case. So I think this should be mentioned transparently in the description.
