Positive: Open air jacuzzi are great, there are trees around.. It's also very nice to have a dinner inside with a bathrobe. Perfect breakfasts.

Negative: One of the girls at the reception didn't speak Ukrainian

Positive: Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Wonderful food at the restaurant and pretty good SPA infrastructure. Well equipped for staying with little kids. I would definitely visit it again. Special thanks to the wonderful girls at reception for letting us stay in the room even after check out time, so our kid could have some sleep. Much appreciated!

Negative: We have experienced some troubles with water in the bathroom and the conditioning in the room was quite noisy.
