Positive: The hotel itself was perfect, especially the salt jacuzzi

Negative: Because it’s a 5-star resort, we expected highly professional and friendly staff. We have visited many hotels in Bulgaria and across Europe, but here the service did not fully meet our expectations. Additionally, the starters at dinner were served at 18:00, so if you arrive for dinner later, around 20:30, the salads will be already dried out and do not feel fresh anymore.
