Positive: I heard a lot of people complaining about the food, but we think the food was really good. Comfortable beds, breathtaking views. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Water of the big swimming pool was cold and also one of the saunas was cold. The floor in our room had moisture damage. We expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.
Summary: Comfortable stay

Positive: I liked the outdoor pool, but there were wasps there; the bedroom was comfortable; the food was delicious.
Negative: It is not clearly stated that there are many stairs leading to the cottages, meaning one has to use them multiple times a day to get to the pool, spa, or restaurant—which is inconvenient when wearing a bathrobe and flip-flops. The path to one row of cottages is an unpaved dirt track. There are no handrails on the internal staircases of the cottages. There were cobwebs on the ceiling of the room. The restaurant staff were unprofessional. What left the worst impression was the lack of access to the water dispenser during dinner.
Summary: It is a two-three star hotel.

Positive: place is beautiful. you live like in a garden. Hot pool under the flowers and trees. Food is amazing! Staff were very kind and friendly
Negative: all saunas were cold. Probably because it was not a season yet in the beginning of may and they had not a lot of people. But hot pool made our stay there amazing anyway
