Positive: place is beautiful. you live like in a garden. Hot pool under the flowers and trees. Food is amazing! Staff were very kind and friendly

Negative: all saunas were cold. Probably because it was not a season yet in the beginning of may and they had not a lot of people. But hot pool made our stay there amazing anyway

Positive: On a positive note, the property itself is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Negative: I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with irritation, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. There was no effort to be helpful or friendly, and basic courtesy seemed completely absent. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Summary: Nice place, but the unfriendly staff made the overall experience disappointing.

Positive: The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from. In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.

Negative: Rooms in the main hotel were a bit old. Walls were cracked,but it gave a real home vibe
