Positive: The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from. In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.

Negative: Rooms in the main hotel were a bit old. Walls were cracked,but it gave a real home vibe

Positive: I liked the location and the breakfast in the morning was ok!

Negative: At times, they advertise services they do not have available (ie. Laundry or gym). Massage options are limited. The room had a center table and nightstand stained/chipped/damaged and the room had a smoke smell to it. The dining experience at night is buffet style but the staff is reluctant to help when it comes to even seating. It’s an ok place but- compared to any other place we stayed in Sapareva Banya, Bansko, Sofia, Plovdiv… it is definitely not a good value for money.

Positive: The out side warm spring , although only small part of it was opened as the rest was empty The garden is nice. Has reasonable Spa facilities

Negative: Very old , heavy and old-fashioned furniture, smoking smells in the rooms. Had to book half board as no other options were given - not worth it. Bad variety and poor quality with unpleasant atmosphere dinning room
