Positive: It is a spacious, practical and comfortable apartment: nothing more and nothing less. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Negative: Communication was ... reluctant. It almost seemed like they expected us to know everything by default. A/C was sorely missed on hot days. Most annoyingly, there is a church right next door which will celebrate 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am and so on. Every day! I am not joking about celebration. They also mark every 15 minutes on the hour! If you are an early riser - good for you. If you like to sleep in, well, perhaps looks for a place farther from the church.

Summary: Practical and spacious apartment with comfortable beds and rudimentary kitchen for early risers.

Positive: The location was away from the center by about 8 minutes drive. Very close to Basmati and Sheiraz restaurants, walking distance. Supermarkets were very closed, walking distance. Shattaf are available in all the toilets. Big living room. We were a family of 8 and our apartment was having 3 rooms and separate 3 toilets which was very convenient. Online check in was very convenient.

Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: In general, the apartment is maintained well and clean.

Negative: We got a room next to a restaurant, a road, paking lots and upper gabage area. We could not open the curtains and window during the whole stay and asked the hotel to change our room right away. However, it said that we had to keep the same room. We paid for 1400 euros for 4 nights via Booking.com app 2 months in advance before we arrived at the hotel. But the room isn't worth staying and is not worth as 1400 euros. We do not understand how the hotel assigned us for the cheapest level of rooms. We were pleasant being in Zell am see. but the room is not satisfied.

Positive: Good location, comfortable apartment, but too dark because of dark furniture. There are no soft pads on the chair legs, and they make a lot of noise when moved. Good kitchen appliances and cookware. Comfortable mattress and uncomfortable pillows.

Negative: Late check-in — after COVID many apartments and hotels moved check-in time to after 16:00, which makes the first day uncomfortable. Despite the fact that check-in is from 16:00, our apartment was ready only from 16:30. Check-out is required before 10:00, which, together with check-in after 16:00, looks very unwelcoming. Also, we received our summer card a day after check-in, which also affected our stay.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Spa Apartments in Zell am See. The apartment was spotlessly clean and offered a lovely view over the swimming pool. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we really appreciated the free parking - very convenient for families. The included Summercard was a great bonus that added extra value to our stay. Our whole family enjoyed every moment here and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience overall!
