Positive: Nice apartment, clean, cozy

Negative: Too many confirmation requests by provider (first via booking, additional confirmation requested via whatsapp (pdf MUST besigned to confirm reservation, although I got a confirmation of my booking from booking.com), third confirmation via email with check-in link which was stated as mandatory. My question why I have to provide three times the same information via three different channels was not replied. Way too much communication channels: contacted via private whatsapp number (I consider as unprofessional, as it was not clear if phishing or not), contacted via business whatsapp account, contacted via email from booking.com, contacted directly via email from host. Notifications too "pushy" in wording, every day a reminder to fill in the confirmation, pre-chek-in etc. I was on a holiday trip, not on a business trip.... Furthermore, the many mails/messages made it difficult to filter which are relevant for our stay. The accomodation was very nice, but due to the way of communication I will not book with the provider again.
