Located on a 13-acre estate in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy southern studio has a rustic feel and is decorated to give visitors a warm Texas howdy. The owners family live on the property, but the studio is separate from the house and is quiet. You are welcome to borrow some tennis rackets or pickle ball paddles and play on the lighted court. There is a separate driveway and covered parking for 1 car.
The southern studio includes everything you need. A full kitchen, queen bed, TV, refrigerator, nice-sized shower, a kitchen table and a couple of nice lounging chairs. Tenants have access to the tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and can say hello to the chickens, goats and horses on the property.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay while looking for a new home. Kami was amazing. She welcomed our local family with toys for the toddlers, and pickle ball and basketball equipment for their parents. We would stay at this property again and recommend it to others.
