4 Bedroom House in Oakland Hills, Rotonda West

**Please note: we did have damage from Hurricane Ian. We have lost our entire pool cage, some trees, and have some roof damage. We anticipate having these all fixed before 2023. We will add updated photos in December for everyone who has 2023 reservations. We have cancelled all reservations through end of year (2022). **
Large home with two living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Perfect for big families or multiple families. Private pool, heated, and property located on the canal. Beautiful sunsets. Home fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the pool or a day at the near by beaches. Coolers, floats, umbrella, bikes all in garage ready to use.
additional notes:
1. We consider allowing pets, but with pre-approval and additional charges. $25 per night per pet or $125 for a 7 night stay per pet. Monthly rental pet rate will be negotiable.
2. Pool is cleaned weekly, but due to wind - sometimes there will still be some dirt in the bottom of the pool and this is unavoidable.
3. This is a multi level home with 3 sets of stairs.

Summary: Plenty of space for my family and daughters friend! We brought our pups too because they have separation anxiety and they worked with us! Plenty of bicycles and things to borrow! Beautiful views and wonderful quiet neighborhood. Only about 15 minutes from englewood beach and about 10 away from stores. It was the perfect house and location. Plus the kids were living up having a pool right out back! The hosts are great! Love!

Summary: The property was fabulous and was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the pool and stayed with me most days instead of going to the beach. It was amazing and we were next to a marina so they could fish - catch and release. But of course the kids got a big kick out of the alligators which also kept them away from the water and they weren’t allowed out without supervision. We would rent it again if available and would highly recommend it for a fun relaxing vacation with friends or family!

Summary: Overall this was a nice home to stay in everything was thought of down to the fans in the rooms. Only issue for me was that this house is a split level and had stairs throughout home. The stairs were not visible or mentioned in listing. For those of us with severe arthritis this is an issue.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything you needed was there. Minutes away from the beaches. Great location. Host always responded if I needed them. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Location was close to everything, beaches, stores and restaurants. Kids loved the pool. The house is older but updated. We did have an issue with checking in. The house cleaner was still there over an hour after we were suppose to check in, however, the owner was quick to respond to the issue. Overall decent stay.

Summary: We loved the house. It was in a really quiet neighborhood. But still close to many beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the pool and being able to watch all the birds in the nearby lagoon. There were plenty of towels, dishes and everything to accommodate a group of ten. We really had a relaxing vacation and would definitely book here again.

Summary: The house is a nice spacious house great for bigger groups. The location is close to a lot of great beaches and restaurants. The pool area is nicely set up for after a day out and about to sit back and relax while watching for gators swimming in the canal. The beds were very comfy, all the appliances were newer and nice. The house has a lot of supplies for a day at beach like coolers, chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommended this house…
