Positive: A video of where the key locker was located and how it works was shared just before arrival (and the code separately as well), explaining the process perfectly. The house is fairly spacious and very well equipped. Quick response to a question I asked via email. A bus stop for bus 123 and 275 towards the city center is located right behind the house, the returning bus stop is at about 5 minutes walking. Buses stop here every 8-15 minutes during daytime, less frequent at night. South Woodford Station for the underground is at 15 minutes walking. Shops and supermarket can also be found when walking towards this station. Traveling to most sightseeings in the city center from this house takes about 45-60 minutes using public transport, either via bus or via South Woodford station.

Negative: The house is located next to a busy road, which is noticeable indoors. It didn't bother us too much, but still good to know.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend!

Positive: There was enough space for a family of four and the kitchen was adequately equipped. There was also hot water quickly and a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Smart TV available.

Negative: Unfortunately, the flat and the furniture were only superficially clean. On closer inspection, the couch and cushions were stained, dust and crumbs in the cracks and corners. The large bed was completely worn out. The cupboards were rickety and partly damaged. On arrival there was only one large towel per person, but no small one provided. These are all things that could easily be fixed, but the owner or the cleaning team have not yet noticed or seem unimportant to them. It was also very chilly. The heating did not manage to heat the lower floor, but a fan heater was provided. This made it pleasantly warm, but was a rather expensive option. Finally, the washbasin in the bathroom next to the room with the double bed seemed very small to us, hardly usable for washing, and we also missed a mirror in this bathroom. Overall, we did not feel comfortable in this accommodation. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it in this condition.
