Summary: The house was located in a wonderful location and we all had a bedroom. We also liked having a full bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. The outdoor deck was nice for our group and the pool and hot tub were great. We would stay at this home again!

Summary: This house is in a great location, close to WashU and has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, hot tub, pool, nice outdoor deck area and a downstairs game room. It is just minutes from The Hill and short drive to many other great STL locations. The house is clean but it is an older house with lots of charm and character. Steps up and down are very small and may be hard for some people to maneuver especially the basement stairs. There is no rail on the front steps to the door and that was hard for my 83 year old mother. We had a few issues while we were there and the property manager was very responsive. The kitchen is small but workable. Not a lot of utensils and things but enough to make it work. The neighborhood is quaint and it is pretty quiet the house sits on a corner and there is some traffic. Parking can a little challenging as we had 10 people and 4 cars. But we were able to park. The hot tub was great once we figured out how to warm up the water. We didnt use the pool the water was pretty cold and we had a couple rainy days. Overall a great spot if you have a student at one of the colleges in town. Grocery stores and Target very close by!

Summary: My son's wedding meant that the UK family need to come over and stay for the event. Me, my wife, family and their partners. We found this house which was great and super easy for us all. Summary: We would definitely stay in this property again. We only had 3 adults so it was a bit more house than we needed but everything about the house was great. The beds were very comfortable and had the weather been better We would have really enjoyed the back deck.

Summary: Perfect spot for a quick friends and family getaway. Nice neighborhood. Close proximity to everything you need. Parking was very easy as we got to park right in front of the house. We asked to have the pool cleaned and they came out the very next morning. Plenty of rooms in the house. We will look to book this place again when we come back.

Summary: Had a great 3 night stay. Property was spotless and very comfy. Description of the property was accurate. Pool and hot tub were great. Lots of privacy. Nice porch with plenty of seating. The location is excellent..close to lots of things to do. Communication with management was just right. We only had adults in our group, but the rec room would be great for a family with children or teens. Would highly recommend.😊
