Positive: The family apartment is great, as is the building itself. The bedroom is spacious and bright. The living room has a sofa bed and a kitchen area. There is also a huge terrace, which was empty, probably due to the season (April). A very convenient private parking space is available. The owner is very attentive and polite. He guided us to the city center, which is about a 10-minute walk away. He even allowed us to leave the car for 2–3 more hours after we checked out at 10 a.m. We had never heard of Cosenza before. We were there because we needed to fly from Lamezia Terme. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we fell in love with this lively city. The main street is long and vibrant, full of shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Positive: The room was spacious, comfortable and well set out. The bathroom was great, with a nice shower. The location was close to the main centre of town, a short walk. The under floor heating was nice to walk on but did make the room quite warm.

Negative: The room was quite warm (hot)- heater was off but floor heating kept it hot, hard to sleep

Summary: A wonderful place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.

Positive: This apartment is brand new, in a central position, within walking distance of all amenities and includes private, secure parking. The property is treated like a hotel, so also includes cleaning services. What makes this apartment extra special, is the property manager Massimo, who somehow, is always available for any questions or requirements. Definitely recommended. Ps. Cosenza is a wonderful city to discover.
