Summary: The house was very nice and a great location. The owner answered all our questions and quickly responded to our requests. Check in was very organized and the home had everything we needed. The deck could use a little work but the backyard/pool/hot tub was very nice.

Summary: Lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to a quaint, vibrant restaurant scene. Secured parking. Well lighted. Non-obtrusive but immediately responsive host. Comfortable beds and linens. Well equipped with distractions: games, tv, pool, ping-pong, jet pool, wildlife. A corporate enterprise, or proximity thereof.

Summary: This property was amazing and so comfortable and in a great location to downtown. My only complaint was the mosquitos in the back yard. There are lots of bushes and they swarmed pretty bad when we went out to the pool.

Summary: We did a quick 2 night stay and had a ton of activities jam packed for our day so very little time spent at the property. It was clean, easy to check in and the beds were good. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and a nice neighborhood that’s walkable. Todd is super cool and sends a lot of messages throughout the process, for someone that’s at the property through their entire stay that’s great. I reached out prior to booking to ask if the spa was working because I read another review saying otherwise. He said it was but night 1 we didn’t have time to give it all a go, but night 2 when we got back around 10 pm we were ready to try the spa and decompress… well it didn’t work. Todd tried to remote in, no luck fixing it. I guess check EVERYTHING day one and don’t hold back is my advice. I didn’t take the time to check so when I wanted to use amenities I was out of luck. I got a $100 refund despite all efforts to select a property with a working spa. Once he gets it working, it’ll be worth the full price and fees. I just say check before you book and even then check on day 1 immediately. Oh and pool gets cleaned Thursdays so if you book before then, make sure you ask for it to be cleaned. We lost a day but didn’t figure it was worth the headache to ask since the guy comes next day. Todd’s pretty fair, he just has a business to run. ✌🏾
