Summary: It’s quite remote, SPA is 200 meter away in another building for extra 12,5 €, also you can’t use a tiny swimming pool in the SPA and you have to have a swim cap. No options for expedia vip - I had to go down with my room category without any compensation. It was at 9pm at night and I didn’t want to have an argument. Be careful when booking a room with a garden - it’s a cell without windows!!! The one suggested to us had cigarette smoke. There’s no kettle and tea in the room. There was no sound proof - they start cleaning at 7 am and you will hear everything. The swimming pool at the hotel is tiny. We liked car park, cleannesses.

Summary: Receptionist was VERY kind/helpful. Room was very clean/nice. A little bit too much hallway noise can be heard inside the room. There is inadequate guidance on how to access the hotel lobby from the garage.
