Sori, Frazione Canepa, on the Ligurian Riviera, semi-independent house on three floors, situated on a hill near other houses, facing south with sea view in a quiet and peaceful environment, completely renovated in 2016. Free WiFi and air conditioning. Column for electric car charging in Sori (5 km from Canepa).
Large private garden of about 180 square meters on two fenced and illuminated levels with sea view, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and sofa with armchairs; in the highest level of the garden near the wood-burning oven and BBQ is the illuminated veranda and a large table with chairs, in the lower level of the garden there is a ping pong table and a hot shower with soap and shampoo. On the second floor of the house there is a large sunny terrace, equipped with table and chairs, with a splendid sea view.
The main house is spread over three floors with direct access from the garden and consists of: on the first floor lounge-dining room with table and chairs for 8-10 people and double sofa bed, independent kitchen with table and chairs, with stove and gas oven, with dishwasher and a bathroom with window and shower box. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be turned into a double bed, overlooking the terrace, and a bedroom with bunk beds: both rooms have a sea view; on the third floor attic a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and window.
On the ground floor a further double room with two single beds is available (studio) with private bathroom and a kitchenette, with direct access from the garden.
The house is ideal for two families wishing to stay jointly.
The price includes bed linen and towels without midweek changes.
Carefully decorated, the house is fully equipped and comfortable, with air conditioning and WiFi, a unique place for tranquility and rest. The climate is always pleasant and even in the middle of winter, on less cold days, it is possible to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Summary: Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, very nice host. There is quite a long very narrow drive going up the mountain. Parking was on the road where you can find a spot. The walk from the street to home is about 10 mins. Easier down the up with luggage. The town is mostly residential. There is only 1 restaurant open and the hours are limited. No wine bar as google says, no grocery. My only recommendation to host would be to provide some basic essentials, (bottled water, coffee..) as the trip back down the mountain to the store is a long one.

Summary: The house itself was very nice, but not too clean as we arrived. In the village of Sori there is no way to park a car Saturdays or Sundays and the shops are all closed in the afternoon for siesta. We found the system of sorting out garbage very uncomfortable as we are not used to do this. We rented a Moto wich was very helpful as the street is narrow and the way to long to walk.

Summary: The house was a wonderful retreat after trips to the beach. The town, Canepa was a bit far from Sori, but we enjoyed it and the beautiful views.

Summary: The house is well enough equipped and the aircoed bedrooms were very welcome during the summer heat, but we spent most time in the spacious garden, where you can enjoy the stunning view. There is always a place in in the sun or shade. We really enjoyed the outside shower with warm water! Although the road from Sori is winding and not too wide it is well accessible, also with a packed regular car. Don’t get intimidated. Sori itself is an iconic little Italian beach village. The only downside is that you to get there by car and that you’ll have to find a parking spot. But we always managed. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

Summary: Daniela hosted us perfectly : the house is great, fully furnished and well located. It was easy to communicate with her everytime we needed help. The area is very nice, with many places to visit and a nice sea closed to the house. To sum up, it was a great week of vacation. A huge thanks to Daniela for her help and her implication.

Summary: We had some great vacation days at Canepa. The family enjoyed the house and property a lot. It offers all we were hoping for. Nice Italian house in the mountains with a garden for the kids to play, a terrace to sit and enjoy the great view. The landlord was very kind and supportive to make our stay great as it was. Summary: We have had a fabulous week here. The house is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The views from the terraces and garden are beautiful. Al fresco dining using both the BBQ and outdoor pizza oven made our holiday that little bit more special. Although a little inland, Canepa is easily accessible by car and the pay-off is fresh air and tranquillity! Grazie mille Daniela, torneremo presto!
