Positive: Nice quiet location with plenty of streetside parking. We appreciated the large space and cleaniness.

Negative: We didn't mind the stairs but they may be a challenge for people that are less-able or have a lot of luggage.

Positive: Great quiet location. Very clean facilities. Very comfortable. Food and beverages supplied were good.

Negative: Bed pillows were a little big, lumpy and smelly. A better choice of pillows would be good. Better wifi password details would be appreciated - a little bit hard to understand the handwritten note

Positive: Beautifully presented with nice fittings, you instantly feel at home. Well equipped with everything you need. It was an overnight stay to get to the airport the next morning. Comfortable bed and pillows and good kitchen. Good ventilation and with aircon. Good communication and flexibility.

Negative: The floor is tiles and for someone like me that don’t wear shoes inside, the floor was a bit cold. But I had my sleepers with me, so all good. Underneath the main house and you can hear some noise. Closer to the airport so you will hear the airplanes flying over. These are just some notes, not negatives as such.

Positive: Only 15 minutes from Brisbane city. Enough restaurants and shops around area as well if you dont want to travel too far

Negative: The only thing i didnt like was the 20 steep steps up to the entrance of our unit. There were also no guard rails to give extra protecrion when walking up and down. The lights on the steps were left on tbe first night we arrived but were off the rest of our stay. If you had a bit of luggage to unload in your room it could be quite dangerous navigating the stairs. As far as older couples are concerned, please give this place a miss only because of tbe access to the room
