Summary: This is our second stay at this house. It’s absolutely beautiful and not the typical rental “staged” property. This is clearly someone’s beautiful home. Alden Pines is such a beautiful estuary of wildlife. Beautiful community within Pineland.

Summary: This place is essentially new, nicest rental home I've seen. High end features inside, excellent pool. Very clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Large pond in back with about dozens of Ibises coming and going all day, we also saw turtles and small fish. Golf course behind home is not in great shape, I heard it closed after the hurricane and was bought by neighbors so it wouldn't be developed. Some of the neighbors still use it, maybe a golfer a day on weekdays, a half dozen on weekends. Great home overall if you don't want a canal house or direct waterfront views.

Summary: Beautiful clean home overlooking a pond and golf course on Pine Island. Quiet neighborhood. My family loved watching the outside TV and the different birds fly by as they swam in the pool. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation, then this is the place.

Summary: Very nice house and has everything you may need. Neighborhood is very quite. No swimming beaches in the island (closest one is 50mn away) but perfect if you plan on boating, fishing or just chill by the pool. Property manager takes time to reply, especially on weekends. No sunlight blocking curtains in master bedroom which was an issue for us and no remote for retractable blinds available. Property manager did not address this issue during our one week stay. Would have given a 5 star rating otherwise but overall very nice stay.
