Positive: Big spacious house - can host up to 6 people

Negative: The overall value did not meet expectations, considering the price we paid. The following issues contributed to our dissatisfaction: There were not enough coffee capsules or tea bags provided to cover the entire duration of our stay. The supply of dishwasher tablets was insufficient. Guests were instructed to remove bed sheets, as well as load and unload the dishwasher at the end of the stay. While we are generally supportive of maintaining the property, these tasks are not reasonable given the cost of the accommodation. No hair dryer was available, which is a basic amenity we expected. We ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, which should have been adequately stocked. For the rate charged, we expected a higher level of service and better provision of essentials.

Positive: The house was quite cosy, nice relaxing atmosphere.

Negative: The check-in and check-out policy is very strict. Checking in at 3 pm and checking out at 10 am means loosing 5 valuable hours in the middle of the day. Cleaning a room would not take 5 hours. I wish they were more flexible. We had problems accessing the facility. The front door which were meant to automatically open on our arrival didn't work; we had to contact by phone waiting in front of the property, which was annoying and happened more than once. The cleaning process at the check out is stressing rather than relaxing. I don't want to take care of my bed linen or towels on my exit.

Summary: Probably will not repeat.

Positive: Very nice, spacious and well equipped lodge. Small vacation park with a looot of kids which is great for families. Love the nature around the park. Pool is nice but only open when the temperature is 21 degrees or more.

Negative: unfortunately there are not enough sunbeds at the pool (in our experience the best times are either in the morning or during lunch time, the afternoon gets really busy). Lack of a bar at the pool which is a real pity, lack of restaurant to dine in. The day of the checkout you get an email with checkout instructions and if you dont follow some of the instructions you will be charged extra. I find this a bit odd considering that is a “luxury” resort and not Ryanair so it should offer luxury service not only luxury facilities. Also would be nice if the checkout email is sent a day before you checkout since when we received the email (7:06am SAME day of departure which is a bit unfair) we were already packing the car and almost checked out!!! The beds are not the most comfortable and I did not see any airco in the lodge.

Summary: Overall a nice stay and I would go back
