Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were good sized and very clean. The breakfast served was delicious. All around very good experience. Easy to get transportation from the hotel to anywhere in Tarapoto.
Negative: We were doing a lot of traveling around different parts of Tarapoto. The hotel is on one side not centrally located. But it wasn't a deal breaker by any means.
