This 2000 sq ft. home is nestled in the saguaro cactus and mesquite trees with spectacular views of Kitt Peak and the Baboquivari Mountain range.
Nearby attractions include the International known Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson, the National Observatory at Kitt Peak, the San Xavier Mission and many, many more.

Summary: This was our third stay here in the last several years. As always, the place was spotless, and Jim and Sandy were excellent hosts. This year, the birds were the big feature - my wife, along with the Merlin app, found over 80 species. Two words of warning - some may find the cowboy-themed decor to be a bit over the top, and it’s a 30 mile haul into Tucson if that is the focus of your visit.

Summary: Spacious beautiful adobe home with an impressive outdoor space that includes a HUGE patio with tables for morning & evening enjoyment. Beds were comfy, place was immaculate, a fully stocked kitchen with homemade banana bread provided by the host and so much more. The AZ room was a perfect hangout place to enjoy views of the mountains with glass on 3 sides. The one limitation is that you are 12 minutes from the local grocery/hardware/gas station and 30 minutes from south Tucson. But you just plan accordingly.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks. We had friends over for meals and a couple stayed with us for a week. We all thoroughly enjoyed the home and surroundings. Lots of wildlife! Great hiking in the Tucson area. This home is a 1/2 hour drive outside of Tucson in the country. Very quiet…except for birds and coyotes! Thank you for a great stay! S & C

Summary: Such an amazing place. And such amazing, caring landlords. Every morning was awakening to the cacophony of every kind of Arizona songbird. The decor was creative & a feast to the eye, and comfortable besides. The kitchen was well stocked and never once did we reach for something we needed that it wasn't there. Thank you Jim and Sandy! You took wonderful care of us all.

Summary: We had a fantastic two weeks at our home away from home. Comfortable furnishings, great outdoor areas, well equipped kitchen and any amenities you might desire on vacation. Summary: First of all the house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Slept great in the king size bed. Loved the old west decor, the art/decorations and other amenities. Drank coffee out of a John Wayne coffee mug every morning. Can't believe I didn't take one of those home :-). Maybe even better is the desert environment. Very quiet all of the time. Very dark at night (star gazing is recommended). The views of Kitt Peak at sunrise and sunset are amazing. This is easily in my top ten of places to enjoy a cocktail outdoors after sunset. We highly recommend staying at this property. And Jim & Sandy are the nicest people ever.
