Positive: Excellent quality property that is extremely well run by good people and their staff are professional and courteous. It is beautiful and the amenities like the pool, spa, coffee bar, concierge, gardens are all perfect.

Negative: They helped me get in my room about 30 minutes early because we had a very long day traveling and needed to lay down!

Positive: The facilities, including the beautiful spa, outdoor hot tubs, fruit-infused water around the hotel and fresh cookies delivered every night with turn-down service were exceptional. The in-room fireplace and friendly concierge were a cherry on top of this whole unforgettable experience. The hotel is also perfectly located in the beautiful Vail village.
