Positive: This is a family run guesthouse. Joe and his sisters attend to guests with great care and warmth. My Mom and I stayed there both at the beginning and end of our vacation in Thailand. Joe chatted with us during our yummy breakfast on the lovely gazebo and was very helpful in arranging our transportation. It is located near the airport and is a great place to stay when getting in to the airport late or having to depart early.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: I plan to stay there any time I fly in to Bangkok.

Positive: They have been very gentle and kind: we arrived late in the night and we had to leave very early in the morning, so they prepare and packed a breakfast for us and book a taxi for the morning that came to pick us up in front of the hotel and bring us to the Airport. They welcome us with a nice juice and provided water and tea and coffee. The room was nice and clean and the toilet was clean. Also the small garden outside Is very cute.

Negative: Is a fantastic location for the Airport, but a little bit far from the city center

Positive: Very close to the airport but no noise. Backs on to a cute little river. Owner very friendly. Rooms are very pretty old-school homestay style. Bathrooms not en-suite but easily accessible and private.

Negative: Breakfast could have been better. We got a fried egg, sausage and bacon with toast, which was decent - but ideally I would have liked to see more options, including Thai food.

Summary: Incredibly convenient and very pleasant homestay for when you need to be near the airport.

Positive: Excellent home-like place, convenient to stay before of after a flight. Situated just 10 min drive to the airport. Everything made of wood and is cosy. The host is very friendly. She provoded us with a tasty sandwiches in the evening instead of having a breakfast because we had an early flight next morning. There are plenty street shops and local food in the neighborhood.

Negative: The sanitary water is treated with something that leaves a smell behind on the skin, and it was even itching my skin after taking shower. Not a nice experience... besides that, everything was excellent.
