Summary: Disappointed in this "8.6" rated hotel. Staff friendly, but very DIRTY hotel. Hallways and room carpets were just disgusting and filthy and you can see all the stains from where people spilled food and drinks, trash cans all overflowing in the outside entrances, shower had pitting and bad chips in the tub. Literally nothing felt clean in this hotel. The only clean area was the lobby. Rooms just not maintained and very run down. The bed was HORRENDOUS! Hard, uncomfortable nightmare of a bed. The bed linens were all crumpled like they were not fresh and didn't appear clean. Floor so dirty, my bare feet never touched it. PLEASE people, do not let these suspiciously highly rated reviews fool you. This hotel has gone so far down after converting from a former Marriott hotel. Again, the staff was very nice, but that alone will not keep my coming back to this awful, dirty place.

Summary: Great location felt really safe. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean, Carpet had stains in hallways and rooms. Bathroom was outdated. Overall decent say for the price and the location if visting that part of LA was great
