Summary: Every time my family visits Loja this is our hotel of choice. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Warm pool and jacuzzi. State do the art gym and amazing buffer breakfast. Clean and safe!

Summary: No a/c or heater in the room. Good security. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms ending in 8 are directly over the gym and ate are quite noisy if the window is opened .

Summary: Nice hotel with great view. Rooms are nice and clean. Only problem is that the areas is a bit noisy.

Summary: Overall, I liked the property. There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.
