Summary: I chose this hotel for location and because hotels.com showed that it had a king suite that slept 4. A roll-away would be available at no charge. This was simply not true. It does not sleep 4. There was no roll-away bed. I was told these things don’t exist here.

Summary: When we finally arrived to the hotel, despite the fact that I called ahead of time so that there was no surprises. We were told about the parking at that moment, which was an extra charge we were not prepared for. And also during check-in, there is an extra charge for incidentals which again I asked when I called to the hotel to ask about any amenities around the area and was there anything that I needed to know and I was again told no. There was a total of almost over $100 of incidentals and car parking that was never discussed. The pictures on the website also are deceiving because they show the other hotel instead of this one, we had a suite and the room make up was completely different than what we expected, even though it was very clean. Once we got dressed in the bedroom area I slipped and fell in the Living room area, going to the door. The floor had a waxy surface and it was like a skating ring as we were late for our activities after checking in. All were reported to the front desk. The front desk staff was excellent ! They were very accommodating and apologize proficiently. But our overall stay was comfortable.
