Positive: I did not like that I have to pay for parking the car. In addition the app for payment did not work for me. You should have informed about the parking exp.

Positive: Could not rate this hotel and spa highly enough, value for money? More than! Everything from check in to (free late) check out was outstanding and the staff were exceptional with me and my family. Our room was upgraded for free and the breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Elizabeth for the outdoor sauna ritual and fjord swimming in the afternoon, a truly unforgettable experience.

Negative: Nothing at all :)

Summary: We will definitely be back.

Positive: The spa, complete with hot tubs, pools, saunas, and spa services were all outstanding! The restaurant was totally over the top with fantastic appetizers, entrées, drinks, and more.

Negative: Due to its remote location, there aren’t a lot of other options in the area for meals. As a result, you may find yourself eating at the Son Spa restaurant every night. The rooms did not seem to be air-conditioned, which I’m sure isn’t a big deal for a lot of the year, but we were there in July. It was hard to sleep without sweating.

Summary: An absolutely fantastic visit! Special thanks to Phillip who was always friendly and eager to make our stay a pleasant

Positive: nice and clean, the staff was really nice and helpful. we had Salomon maki and tuna maki and it was excellent. the location is really nice down by the fjord. overall we had a really good stay.

Negative: the swimming pool and the hot tubs was a bit cold 🥶
