Positive: Son Apiana is a beautiful property set in an idyllic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The owner is very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

Negative: Nothing concerning at all and it did not spoil our stay but the fridge needs fixing or replacing as it continually leaks water. I am sure this is on the owners list as it has been mentioned previously by other guests.

Summary: A wonderful, peaceful holiday set on a stunning property in Mallorca. We would love to return.

Positive: Pool is a major plus. Air conditioning in most areas is a plus. Multiple places to lounge and eat outside. Basic food shopping nearby. Location and village are ideal for an authetic and peaceful getaway. Surrounding views are lovely. Private parking and ample street parking. Host is attentive.

Negative: The kitchen dining area was too small for a large family. Utensils and appliances could use an update. The light switches are exposed and a bit unstable. No air conditioning in the upstairs sala or small upper bedroom. Refrigerator leaked at the base occasionally. Some outdoor lounge chairs are in need of repair. Trash collection in the village is a bit complicated and few know where the public trash bins are.
