Negative: One of the curtain rods was broken which allowed the curtain to fall. We were unable to fix it so called Meredith Lodging. They could not give a timeframe for someone to fix the rod. They couldn't provide even which day the repairs would be addressed. We were forced to buy a curtain rod and install it ourselves. Also, there was a used tampon applicator on the floor in one of the bathrooms.

Summary: A lot of money for no service.
