Positive: Lovely spacious three bedroomed Villa with pool situated close to beach and all amenities of Son Parc . The Villa was equipped with everything we needed for our stay ,was comfortable, clean and the mice gesture of leaving us a Welcome pack was an added bonus . Our hosts were welcoming ,friendly and helpful before ,during and after our stay . Communication was excellent . Will definitely use 3 Villa's again.

Negative: There were only a few small issues ,a light bulb was out when we arrived in the hallway which made it quite dark . Also in the shower room there was only one light above sink unit so made the shower area dark . We would loved to have had a guide book and recommdations about the local area ,restaurants, buses ,etc The community of Son Parc is very nice ,including beach area but there were unfortunately a few Restaurants and bars that had closed ,which obviously 3 Villas couldn't have done anything to stop but Arenal and Fornells are a short taxi ride away or bus journey and these had lots more .

Positive: Great handy location for the local beach and Fornells, nice villa. Pool man discreet and friendly.

Negative: The mattresses were quite firm, the air conditioning didn't get very cool towards the end of our stay and the cleaner had left swipe marks over most surfaces (windows/mirrors etc). Despite taking preventative measures with sprays etc. the mosquitoes hitched a ride into the property at night and were troublesome. Nets would be a great addition to sleeping areas. There were instructions on how to view English speaking TV and films at the property, however apparently this facility was not available. Would recommend taking a tablet to keep abreast of current affairs if required via the internet which worked fine. We would stay again as generally the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
