Positive: Good clean comfortable spacious room and great restaurant

Negative: Checking in - only one person on desk - extremely slow- took over 30 minutes and there were only two colleagues in front of me! Mine and a colleagues key failed to work when we got to room so had long walk back to reception to have key reprogrammed.

Positive: After paying 200 odd pounds then had to pay for over night parking

Negative: The room wasn't upto date ie very dated toilet wouldn't flush properly, handle was missing if draws also had to ask fir bath robes.

Negative: The evening staff on reception when we arrived were not particularly welcoming. The room was a little tired and could do with updating.

Negative: Extra charge for using the swimming pool because we had booked through booking.com (apparently it would have been included if we’d booked direct) Absolutely massive queue for breakfast in the morning, despite asking people to book a time.
