Summary: The location of this hotel is what makes it so wonderful. It is 10 kilometres up from the Ajaccio to Corte road on Corsica in a mountain village. Very friendly welcoming manager who advises on local walks& things to do. Our room itself was rather small in the attic with a sloping low roof on one side of the room. WiFi available but had to leave the room to get a strong signal. Good bar & restaurant. A family run hotel that also has a bar for local people. If you want the Ritz standard this is not for you. It is 2 star hotel but lovely rustic charm. Totally loved the place. Our best stay on Corsica.

Summary: Our first impression was surprising as it was very quiet and up in the mountain but in the evening it was very lively. The staff was very nice, welcoming and understanding. The food was excellent! Don't judge the book by its cover; it was the case for this hotel. It was a five stars hotel but good enough for my expectations; would go back!

Summary: The hotel is located on mountain about 700-800 meters high. Kind of hard to reach. For the nearby, no supermarket or restaurant within 10 min driving (there's a restaurant on site, and a simple food stop about 5 min driving). Room itself is o.k., clean, large bathroom, has a refrigerator, but there's no AC. So in the summer afternoon it's quite hot, at night it's o.k., since it's on the mountain. Very nice staff who speaks good English and helpful.
