Positive: This stay truly exceeded all expectations. We travel often, but this place stands out as something special. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and supremely comfortable from end to end. The entire interior is full of charm and thoughtful details. Breakfast was generous and genuinely delicious. The location is also perfect — just a few steps from the town’s charming main square. And the way our little baby was welcomed — with such warmth and care — was simply heartwarming. We’ll definitely return soon, and next time, for longer.

Positive: Very clean, close to the center, fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff.

Negative: A small misunderstanding at checkout, I paid the day I arrived in cash, the hotel owner (Nadin) was at the reception, when I checked out the lady at the reception asked me for another €5. We are not talking about a large amount here, when I told her that I paid everything upon arrival and that she had to talk to Nadin about it, we had an hour to go to the city and when we returned she said that we had to pay because Nadin was not answering the phone, so I paid. Since then I have not heard from them.

Summary: Lack of communication and disappointment, if we're talking strictly about checkout, otherwise everything was OK

Positive: Our experience at this apartment was a highlight on our 6 week European trip. Our apartment overlooking a snowy River was amazing with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed and beautiful shower. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful during our 3 day stay, even while managing a new born child. We were very impressed. Also a special mention is needed of the beautifully presented breakfast each morning. It was a feast for the eyes with special smoothies made for us each day. Great stay.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. We had a great experience and were sad to leave this beautiful town. Definitely will return.

Positive: EVERYTHING! The Staff were amazing and very helpful. We arrived for a day and were stunned by the Sole and the city of Vipiteno. They were very helpful in arranging us to stay another night in the same room :) We will be coming back at our earliest opportunity!

Positive: We were greeted by Nadine who made our first time their wonderful. Her kindness and help were so appreciative. The breakfast was wonderful everything fresh the choices just lovely.

Negative: It had no air conditioning and that made it a little uncomfortable but I hear that they are putting it in at the end of the year so no doubt it will be fantastic when it’s in.

Positive: Great location in the centre of Sterzing. Sole is a new hotel in a lovely and charming town and is 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful owner, who interacted with us and all the other guests. Really nice and unique breakfast with local produce -the owners’ only concern was that we may not have eaten enough of it!

Negative: Nothing really - it was a good hotel and we would recommend it.
