Summary: We Liked our stay. The bed was comfortable, and things were clean. Front desk helpful with interactions. The bathroom door made so much noise it woke us up in the night while using the bathroom. The toilet paper holder kept coming off and landing on the floor which also made noise. these are small things in the general picture, but still leave a memory that is not perfect. we would come back if in the area again

Summary: Cozy cabin, beautiful view, peaceful and quiet place. The place was clean except the ceiling fan that was pretty filthy. If you want to cook, you can do it because the have a small stove, dishes, silverware.

Summary: Great location and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The view was fantastic from our motel room. The room had everything we needed. Only complaints are that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and showers took forever and the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors walking around and making noise. Next time we'll spring for a cabin.

Summary: I stayed in the motel at Solbakken. It is vintage - reminded me of resorts I stayed in as a child. While things inside were older, they were clean. The bed was updated and cozy. The motel portion is not next to the lake - the cabins are behind the motel, and then the lake.
