Summary: The hotel has a nice welcoming environment as soon as you enter. The bedroom suite had a beautiful full ocean view in the bedroom and living room. The patio was spacious. I would give the place 5 stars if it weren’t for cockroacheS in the kitchen. I was on the 22nd floor, which means there’s probably an infestation and aggressive pest control is needed. The hotel was good about quickly removing trash/room service trays from hallways. Solé, please invest in serious pest control services as guests pay luxury prices to stay in your suites.
