Positive: I really like the style of the room, the furniture, the layout.

Negative: It was cold for me, and the air conditioning in the room couldn't warm me up, and I didn't like the noise from the music coming from outside through the closed windows.

Positive: Room spotless, very well appointed with nice furniture/ bedding. As it's opposite Kirk, clock tower bell chiming could be a problem for some, but i kinda liked it, not overly loud or discomforting. Restaurant / hotel staff brilliant, timely, courteous, welcoming. Shower excellent with powerful water pressure, nice toiletries. Coffee machine a bonus, isn't too regular an occurrence in Holland. Food excellent, breakfast superb. All in all, tremendous value for money in such a pretty town which gives off a pleasant vibe.

Negative: As one who isnt "wedded" to my cellphone, I found the app to open doors, function lights / heating a little fiddly, but I got the hang of it reasonably quickly. Could be a minor problem if you forgot your phone or let it power down. I was on 2nd floor, so lumping 30kg luggage up stairs at 68yo not fun, but I'm sure help would be available if really required. I'm more of a key / lightswitch guy.
