Positive: Main bed was comfortable, shower good temp and pressure, nice seating area, great to have a microwave, fridge and basic crockery and utensils. Everything was clean and tidy.

Negative: It was FREEZING cold when we arrived. No heating was on. It took an hour to take the chill off the air and 2 hours to get to a comfortable temp with a small portable heater. Reported this to the owner but no additional heater was available. (It was snowing outside by this point). With 4 external walls it should have been preheated before arrival, which would have transformed our initial impression. The spare bed was only suitable for a small child, (should have seen this from other comments) and blocked access to one side of the bed when set up. A proper single bed or mini kitchenette area would have been a better use of the large bath space in the open living area, as the shower room basin was the only place to wash utensils after eating. There was no hanging rail or hangers for clothes. And there was no toaster although this was listed.

Summary: Once warmed up it was a comfortable place for a short overnight visit.
