Positive: Accommodated all of our requests. The TV in the room allows you to cast from your phone, so we could watch Netflix. Coffee shop downstairs is great.

Negative: Traffic outside is loud. Not hotels fault.

Positive: The location is good with good shopping, restaurants, and bars close by. The room was spacious. I found the bathroom configuration to be very tight. The staff were efficient.

Negative: The amenities in this hotel do not warrant the cost. The bar and restaurant next door close at 10:30 pm. I don't know if they are part of the hotel; it didn't feel like it. The gym is small and busy with SoHo residents. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom is very dated. Overall, it didn't feel like a luxury hotel.

Positive: Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making the room feel cozy yet stylish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Negative: We paid a premium to stay here while in Toronto for the Blue Jays World Series, and while the hotel itself was convenient and comfortable, I have to say it felt very overpriced. After driving home late and dealing with traffic many nights during the post season we decided to treat ourselves, it was nice to relax for the night, but on a regular weekend we would NEVER pay what we paid for the room. The pool facilities were disappointing, especially the hot tub — the jets were minimal to nonexistent, so it felt more like sitting in a warm bath than a proper spa experience.

Summary: We were pleased we stayed.

Negative: We were offered our upgrade. Which I accepted but it was not really explained that I would need to pay extra. But I didn't mind as they upgrade was very nice
