Summary: Good location comfortable rooms and decent choice of drinks on club floor. Breakfast average as several dishes cold as bacon not put under a heat lamp. Frozen bread on last day but overall a good experience.

Summary: Whenever i come to Ningbo, i always stay at the Sofitel. It has never disappointed my expectations. It maintains a 5+ star rating for me.

Summary: Been staying in this hotel for the past 4yrs whenever we are in Ningbo. All was great but realise this year due to their new rules, certain items example shower cap, conditioner, etc... are not provided in the room. Need to call for room service if you need it hence a little troublesome when rushing for time.
