Negative: - the spa has a nude sauna area. Kids came into this area screaming and looking around. Kids don’t belong into the nude area. There were also adults walking around in swimwear. Either it’s enforced as nude area or textile area. But having a mix makes people uncomfortable and ruins the relaxation of the spa - I paid in advance but during check in and check out they asked me to pay the room again and I needed to raise that it’s already paid. - The TV didn’t work - it‘s disappointing that a 5* hotel charges you additionally for parking

Positive: The hotel was fantastic and the staff couldnt have done anymore to accomodate us. The facilities were great and it was within walking distance of the old town. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Negative: The food quality and food choices (with the exception of breakfast) were lacking, but there were a number of great restaurants within a short walk, one being retaurant Raya.

Positive: Pool and amenities were amazing. Location can’t be beat. Not loud even with the train station so close. Our room didn’t have AC so they moved us immediately. Great customer service and we even got free welcome drinks which was a nice touch.
