Summary: The room was clean and tidy and a decent space. Checked in and went to the roof top pool to relax after our flight only to be horrified by a dirty pool. Shocked to see this at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and the location is good.

Summary: It was a great hotel with very good support staff. The staff was very frinedly and helpful The only improvement we suggest is on the higher level floors, there was loud music sound coming from near by hotel playing music even after fully closing the window that the hotel management need to do something

Summary: Too noisy, as there is a restaurant on the rooftop. We change the room and be 2 floor below (Non smoking room) with a strong cold smok door. Next day, we had the paper on the door to do the room, but we forgot the red light DNT...they chose the option DNT instead of the paper on the door... We asked a cocktail at the bar, and we were said that the manager was eating, so they can't do the service (There was too persons). They suggest us to go to the dancing restaurant, but it we were just looking a peace place on the terrasse to sip a drink...We did not ask more for the rest of our stay

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location and friendly staff. I did think that the mattresses were a little soft - maybe I like a firmer mattress. More choices for the glasses of wines in the bar would also be an ask.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Sofitel Taksim. The staff and location are amazing, just walk out the door and you got every form of transport and lots of shops and restaurants. We got a room “upgrade” from Luxury to Junior Suite where we lost our view but the room was bigger. I would have prefered the vew but didn’t want to make a fuss about it.

Summary: Sofitel brand lives up to it’s name. The staff and rooms were excellent. I had an issue where my cab driver left with my suitcase and the doorman told me to go check in and he would handle it, he somehow had my back in 10 minutes and I didn’t even have the cab plate number. The location is superb to walk or take metros or funiculars and there’s shops, restaurants and people around all day long. If there’s anything I wouldn’t suggest is their rooftop restaurant. It felt bland, tacky and super touristy, we expected better.
