Positive: Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.

Negative: Nothing. I honestly have no complaints. Again, never do I have NO complaints. This is a spot I will be coming back to.

Summary: Best hotel I have stayed at in Ukraine, over 2 years and 20 some reservations. The. Best.
