Positive: Great value for money, the room was clean and the air conditioner was quiet, hot water worked well, parking directly in front of the room, good value for money

Negative: The walls are paper thin and we were woken up by people talking loudly in the parking lot before sunrise, the breakfast was sub par

Positive: Good price. Room was clean, included a refrigerator & hot pot but refrigerator not turned on so unusable upon check-in.

Negative: Reception staff not very welcoming or friendly, Location not very convenient. Breakfast was extremely minimal, not even regular coffee, only instant. Thai style hard bed. Staff member was sweeping leaves right outside our room window/door extremely early in the morning waking us up at sunrise.

Summary: OK for price & 1 night but Bunraska Resort on other side of river better for about same price.
