Summary: Everything excellent. To find any minus we have to go to some details like too many light swicth all together in the room that make difficult to find the right one if you go to toilet

Summary: The customer service at this hotel is excellent. Good induction to the hotel, and welcome. Wide range of choices for breakfast for all cultures. Comfortable bed. Modern facilities. Lovely clean pool. Little added extras for example welcome drink, fruit, a cake on departure. Very clean room. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. We would go back to this hotel, wished we stayed longer. Palolem is beautiful.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here, rooms were lovely, nice and clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and so helpful will definitely be staying here again. Pool is lovely and only down side is there is only 14 sunbeds around the pool so could do with a few more.

Summary: Lovely 4* hotel. Staff are excellent. Service & cleanliness excellent. Breakfast great. Super convenient for the shops, bars, restaurants & beach. Can’t fault it apart from the pool service. No waiters around in the day to take orders was a bit disappointing.
