Positive: Everything was awesome, really friendly staff, they let us check in late and check out even later. They have water cooler in the kitchen. I didn’t hear any noise or other guests.

Negative: The only thing is - 2 small windows in the ceiling. You can’t cover them (at least I don’t think you can) and morning light woke us up, it was not dark enough in the morning and we were sleepy and tired after late flight. Otherwise everything was great!

Positive: It was clean, and the interior decor is modern and nice. The bed is also comfy.

Negative: I stayed just overnight after a late flight arriving to Bali. The aircon compressor is extremely loud and placed directly outside of each room. Unless you like it as white noise, it'll be difficult to fall asleep. There are no windows in our room, just sun tunnels on the ceiling that let in natural light and woke us up at 6.30 am because the whole room was lit. There is no front desk, only staff who came to let us in when I arrived. There are SO MANY RULES plastered everywhere in the room: on the walls, in the handbook, in the bathroom etc... I've never seen so many rules and regulations in a hotel room before, which made me feel not so snug.

Positive: New and contemporary gem hidden in Kuta. I had a wonderful stay here and had a very good sleep on the super comfortable bed after a long journey to get to Bali. The communication with the owner went smoothly over whatsapp. The staff was the kindest ever 🙏🏻 I would definitely return if I ever come back to Kuta!
