Upper Level : Beautiful mountain home. Floor to ceiling windows, new hardwood floors in open living room with stone gas fireplace and large dining area. Includes sun room with sitting area and breakfast nook. Newly remodeled kitchen, appliances. Island with counter, sink and stools.
Master Suite with King Bed, French doors leading to patio, and SmartTV. Dual sided gas fireplace in master dividing the bedroom from the beautiful marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and glass shower.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this house nearby Alta and Snowbird. Easy access to town and short drive to some of the best skiing in Utah. Rene was super responsive and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Summary: This house is in a great location for skiing either the Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a large home, although a bit of an unusual layout, and comfortably fit our group. There are plenty of plates and kitchen tools. Be prepared for a large discrepancy in the quality of the appointments between the 2 master bedrooms and the 3 other bedrooms. For light sleepers, note that the home’s heating system cycles loudly during the night (waking several of us).

Summary: The property was ideal! Plenty of room for privacy. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped!! I would go back and it felt like home!

Summary: Easy access to Little Cottonwood Canyon & Big Cottonwood Canyon. I highly recommend this place to those wanting to visit those places. The house is huge & well-kept. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet.
