Positive: The apartment is spacious and beautiful with a lovely view fr of the snowy forests and distant slopes. It was exactly the vibe we were looking for as a family of 4 who rarely sees snow. The owner had thought of every little detail...from storage units to laundry detergent to plenty of kitchen supplies, to extra blankets available as needed.The location is fantastic - just a 5 minute walk to pretty much everything (maybe a few minutes longer to further slopes or while wearing ski boots). The entry way of the apt had plenty of room to store skis. It was all really great.

Negative: If I had to find something to note, it was only that the bathroom is accessible only via the master bedroom. For a family (and not a couple) staying there, it just meant a bit more coordination. Also, it would have been helpful to understand that, while the apartment is in an apt hotel, it operates totally independently of the hotel front desk.

Summary: Ideal vacation experience!

Positive: Great place. Super clean and tidy. Had all the necessary stuff inside and a gift from the hosts. Hosts was very kind and helpful.

Negative: As a small suggestion, it will be great to put a mosquito net on some of the windows.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The host is kind, helpful and caring (he immediately sent a message to warn us that a strong wind is expected in Borovets.) The apartment is spacious, bright, with a beautiful view of the forest... in the main building of the Flora complex, in an ideal position... 1-2 minutes walk from the Yastrebetz gondola (on one side) and the ski lifts (Martinovi baraki express, Iglika, Rila, Rotata) on the other side... After the nice experience we had ,our great desire is to come to Borovec again...and to the same place...Filip, thank you for everything.

Positive: Perfect communication, great and kind host, spotless clean and new. The pool (paid separately) was also very nice

Negative: The parking was under construction, a bit hectic. Also the underground level that leads to the pool was smoky.

Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment, It is in a quiet location, inside an hotel, so spa access and meals are optional which is very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped, perfect for our family with 2 small children, it felt newly renovated and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, a very good experience!

Positive: The property was clean, very modern, very comfortable and much larger than the pictures show. The apartment had everything you could possibly need even having USB and English plug sockets. Couldn’t recommend this property more. The sofa bed was made up as a bed for my son and was very comfortable and is a double. Being able to keep our ski equipment in the entrance hall area to the apartment even with a heated floor made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.

Negative: There was nothing negative about the property
